PlatinumGames NEO-CLASSIC ARCADE series carries the excitement and fun of gaming from the past with contemporary technology. The first project includes Sol Cresta. Sol Cresta uses the same form and docking techniques that were used in Terra Cresta’s classic shooting game Moon Cresta. It also includes the brand new “free-form docking method”. Based upon the configuration of three vessels the flagship Yamato (Amaterasu as well as Tsukuyomi) is able to use a variety of attack strategies. The docking, the splitting and reforming the ships as required is crucial to defeating the invading armies of Mandler.
